In this meditation you will actively stimulate the change of a situation, using the energy freed from the blockages of your resistances to create something new in the space of your consciousness, which is now more open.
It’s not necessary to feel completely free from resistance to manifest something new, but if thinking about the situation triggers anxiety and a desire to escape… then I suggest you go again through part 1 of this meditation.
